Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, kindly reach us via our customer support desk and make your request immediately. Cancellation of orders is only possible if the statuses of the specific order are not processed and not shipped. When an order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
We are well aware that, in some circumstances, you may require a refund from us. When creating our refund policy, we considered this as:
Faulty or Damaged Products: In case you get a product from us that is damaged or faulty, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as the physical damage becomes evident. Provide detailed data and images. We will judge the problem, and if there is a need for replacement or refunding, we shall do so.
Cancellation Before Dispatch: In case you have not yet received your purchase, if you provide a cancellation notice against this purchase to us before processing or dispatching our order, the entire purchase amount will be returned to you.
Refund Processing Time: Once approval is given, refunds will be processed in about 5-7 business working days. The time within which the refund will be captured in your account could differ due to the type of payment and credit restrictions set by your bank or financial institution.
Non-Receipt of Goods: If you do not receive your parcel by the delivery date, simply contact our customer service, and we will guide you. We will research the problem and re-send an order under its terms or process a refund.
Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a reimbursement, the product must be in perfect condition; the package must also accompany it and include being returned within that defined period. If you buy items that are already worn or used, they may not be returned.
Return Shipping Costs: For any product returns, the customers have to take care of shipping costs, though an exception is when a return takes place due to our mistake.
At all times, Jack of Spades Imports retains full discretionary rights to decide about the appropriate amount of return depending on the specifics of every individual case.
